EngagedLeadership is a high-end executive coaching boutique. The role of “Client & Executive Services Manager” is being created to help support the rapid growth of our evolving 9-year-old company.
We provide executive coaching and leadership training to many of the world's top companies, including Epic Games, Glassdoor, Activision, Autodesk, MSG Entertainment, and Lucasfilm. Also, we have a long list of start-ups and fast-growing organizations on our roster.
This role is an opportunity for anyone who loves to be involved in all aspects of running a business. Part sales, part administration, part hospitality, part event coordinator, this role is designed for someone who likes to have fun and thrives on offering 1st class support across an entire organization.
We are primarily a work-from-home virtual office with an administrative team of 6 and a powerful base of over 30 world-class executive coaches and facilitators.

**THIS JOB IN A NUTSHELL**
As the "Client & Executive Services Manager", you will have an opportunity to make a significant contribution in the following two ways:
1) Supporting the CEO/COO & Internal Operations Team
Supporting & anticipating the needs of the CEO/COO, Executive & Admin Team, and coaches
Help keep track of all open sales and active engagements
Confirm accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and client-facing documents
Traditional administrative support: Generating reports, shipping materials, submitting receipts, researching, lite-IT, and offering operational support as needed
2) Supporting External Clients
Provide administrative support & follow up with client throughout the sales process
Speaking & writing to potential clients to find out what their needs are
Onboarding new clients to ensure they have a high-class experience from the onset
Liaison in advance with our clients to ensure virtual and onsite events run smoothly
**THIS POSITION IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU…**
Have 5+ years of professional experience in administrative support or client services
Thrive at creating order from chaos by regularly reprioritizing & context switching
Have a service-oriented attitude. Always want to go above and beyond for your team, the coaches, and the client.
Possess a need for accuracy and organization that makes others think you are insane: Searching for the missing penny in a spreadsheet, ProOfReadig, and editing, building operational processes, etc
Have a working knowledge of Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact/MailChimp, iOS, Dropbox, CRM Software
Enjoy working both independently with little to no supervision and collaboratively in a group setting
Can brainstorm solutions to challenges that most people would deem impossible
Enjoy a start-up, fast-paced, roll-up your sleeves, all-hands-on-deck mentality.
**DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION**
COMPENSATION: $45-$55K + Possibility for health benefits + Room to grow.
START DATE: When the right candidate comes forward (Preferably Fall/Winter of 2021)
WHERE: Work from home + occasional travel to Midtown NYC or NJ for team meetings
HOURS: Full-Time / 35-40 hours a week / Monday Through Friday / Typically 9 AM -5 PM / Occasional non-traditional and weekend hours required
