An immediately impactful and affordable solution that provides “just in time as needed coaching assistance” to leaders or high potential employees at any level. A roster of experienced coaches are available to provide counsel/coaching as part of a virtual package that guarantees access to a coach of their choice (video/voice/chat) with a simple click.
Our clients utilize our CAAT App as an investment for employees who are facing new or challenging leadership situations where a professional leadership and communication coach could be an enormous advantage immediately and as part of a longer-term development plan.
Our CAAT App also works as a proven accountability tool that supports our Leadership Training Series and any type of group session. Cohorts at participating in an EngagedLeadership experience will benefit by staying connected and supporting each other through challenges and various situations ongoing and as they arise. Leadership Circle
The Leadership Circle offers a cohort/cadre of leaders from your organization an opportunity to come together for individual and group learning over a specified period of time. Our work with leaders tells us that change and insight do not happen overnight - time and practice are necessary. Through a combination of professional coaching, real-time feedback and peer mentoring, a leader will explore questions critical for success: who I am as a leader, how do I want to be seen, what is working now, what isn’t, and what will take me to the next level.
Through one-on-one individual coaching and in small groups with trusted colleagues, leaders are able to dive into areas where development is desired and/or needed.
